Technical Customer Support Representative

As part of the Customer Support team, you will ensure RECON's customer experience is second to none beginning with system installation and for ongoing post sale support. You should have strong people and communication skills along with an aptitude for working with tools. You must have the flexibility to travel frequently and work non standard hours as needed. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to grow and make a dramatic organizational impact.

Responsibilities

  • On site teaching / training customers on best practices and processes for installing asset tags in tools and equipment
  • Customer system training
  • Post sale phone and online technical system / product support for customers
  • Document customer communications and work with support team to implement processes to improve internal efficiencies and delight customers
  • Cross functional work with all internal departments as needed
  • Creativity in all aspects of work

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or greater preferably in a technical field
  • Outstanding people and problem solving skills
  • Proven track record of success in previous employment
  • Excellent computer and written skills
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
  • Excited to work in dynamic startup environment
